Free 30 minute trial for your first session. Discuss your goals and sample a mix of your training options. All fitness levels are welcome.

Workout Plan

For all future sessions, choose a time interval (15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes) and your focus: Tai Chi, yoga, calisthenics, and cardio.

Groups

Groups of 2 to 8 people are welcome to train at Turabizo. For larger groups, you are welcome to request an off-site location.

Locations

If you want to train in the privacy of your own home or with a group of 9+, JC will meet you where you are. Additional travel costs will be calculated based on time and distance.

Rates

1000 RWF = Individual rate for each 15 minute interval. Yoga mat included.

500 RWF = Group rate per person for each 15 minute interval. BYOM (bring your own mat).
